These are typically gated communities which may have a community center with free services such as a pool and/or spa, fitness center, cinema/theatre, games room or recreation room and other additional features. The vacation condo will be situated 3-20 minutes from Walt Disney World Orlando and you will be conveniently located to fine dining, shopping malls, and familiar grocery stores as well.
